Viburnum tinus - Βιβούρνο

Botanic name: Viburnum tinus.
Family: Caprifoliaceae.

Το κάθε ένα έχει 5 πέταλα και 5 ανθήρες που δίνουν γύρη σε κρεμ χρώμα. Το νέκταρ είναι πλούσιο σε ζάχαρα και το επισκέπτονται οι μέλισσες κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας που υπάρχει ηλιοφάνεια.Είδος που ζει σε κάθε έδαφος και έκθεση, χρησιμοποιείται για φράχτεςαλλά δεν αντέχει τους πολύ δυνατούς παγετούς.Το ύψος του φθάνει ως 2 m.
