Όταν υπάρχει συνωστισμός στην κυψέλη, όταν έξω υπάρχει ζέστη, και όταν μπαίνουν στην κυψέλη πολλές τροφές, τότε δημιουργούνται καλές συνθήκες για να πολλαπλασιαστή το μελίσσι!Η παλαιά βασίλισσα παίρνει μαζί της όλες τις παλιές μέλισσες και φεύγει από την κυψέλη ψάχνωντας για νέα φωλιά. Πίσω της αφήνει τις νέες μέλισσες και τα βασιλικά κελιά που θα βγάλουν άλλη βασίλισσα νέα, για να συνεχίσει την ανάπτυξη του πληθυσμού της κυψέλης!
