Σε κάθε κυψέλη μόνον μία βασίλισσα, αν υπάρξουν δύο, τότε θα παλέψουν και η μια θα σκοτώσει την άλλη. Αυτή που θα μείνει κατά 99% είναι η πιο νέα σε ηλικία. Αυτή θα οδηγήσει στην ανάπτυξη και την ευημερία τον πληθυσμό της κυψέλης! Αν δεν το καταφέρει ή εργάτριες θα την αντικαταστήσουν με άλλη πιο ικανή. Εργατική και με πρόγραμμα η κοινωνία των μελισσών αλλά πολύ σκληρή για τους αδύναμους, και με αυτούς που δεν προσφέρουν στο κοινωνικό σύνολο!

I have a friend who has some beechives. He has told me a lot about how the bees behave. It is very interesting. I love to have bees in my garden. I don't like vasps though...
